A W Lymns were very helpful, sympathetic and professional in their approach and actions regarding the funeral of my late mother.Teresa handled the arrangements very efficiently, this included the printing of the Order of Service. The service was excellent from start to finish, both kind and supportive. The organisation was superb and anything that was needed from me put clearly, simply and with great respect. The day of the funeral went very smoothly, everything at the right place, at the right time and not rushed. I felt proud of the send-off we had managed. Highly professional all round.

I would like to thank everyone at Lymns for all of their help and support over the last four weeks. 
Gary has been amazing, calmly guiding me through all of the proceeedures and most importantly listening to my anxieties. 
I couldn't have asked for more, thank you Gary . 
On Monday 3rd October 2016 , the day of my dear Mum's Funeral all of the staff were so kind and positive .
I wanted it to be a memorable day and it certainly was, thank you Jim , very understanding and you helped me stay strong so that I could speak to everyone inside. 
I said goodbye to my best friend and you all helped me,

Just the smell when we visited our boy, so distressing at the time. We couldn't kiss him or hold his hand and this just added to the distress. It was sorted eventually Just wish it was sorted at the start. Otherwise the service given was very good. We still asking for some help and are sure we will get all the help we need. X

From the first initial contact Lymns were very professional and supportive. Gary at the Ruddington office guided us to make arrangements to fit our needs, and was especially helpful in making sure we were able to meet timescales for visitors from abroad. The civil celebrant recommended was excellent, all the items ordered and requested including the order of service were of high quality. Teresa and her team were very helpful on the day and everything was arranged perfectly for a fitting tribute to our much loved father.

Teresa, Gary and Dominic at the Ruddington Office and Tony who led the day were all excellent. The funeral needed to be held within a week and they managed to pull this off, which was fantastic. There was one area that gave a slight problem - accuracy of recorded details, or their re-production. All was sorted out quickly but I needed to carefully check dates/names. The compassion, care and support we received was outstanding.
