No question too stupid, no request too big or too small. We were supported by staff from start to finish. They made a difficult and painful time much easier to bear. They also made our mum look beautiful and let us spend as much time as we needed with her.

Joanna was incredible. We can't speak highly enough of the kindness, care and attention to detail both Joanna, Heather and Lymn's provided for both of our funerals. Such a personal touch and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Both Joanna and Heather made our grief a little lighter during the whole process. We can't thank you enough.

Joanna was brilliant from our 1st phone call right through to the actual day, she was always kind and understanding, ready to answer any questions, she guided me through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. We were also able sort things from a distance as I live in Norfolk and my dad was in Nottingham. On the day Joanna ensured everything went smoothly and called me in advance to talk me through the whole funeral.
The whole service provided by Lymns was excellent from start to finish.
