Jane was amazing, helped us through all the funeral arrangements, flowers, etc. Cars arrived on time and got us to the chapel in plenty of time. The burser, Rebecca did a very good job of the service and we were very pleased with everything overall. Thank you

Lymns have been very good throughout giving us details or changes whenever needed 
The only problem I’d say is we never got dad’s fingerprint I have been told it should be policy to take finger prints straight away? 
But Jane called to say the coroners couldn’t get a finger print as I’d had been too long which we are very upset about 
On the day the lymns staff were very professional and Richard the celebrant was lovely,kind and professional as was Jane

From the moment a few years ago when my mum prepaid and sorted out her funeral we can’t fault the service from Lymns and especially Jane keetly of lymns at Clifton in Nottingham
She helped my mum with her funeral planning and nothing was too much trouble 
My mum got exactly the funeral she had planned and Jane made sure on the day of the funeral everything that was going to happen and when as she came along and organized the day from the off 
They looked after my mum turned up on time and did everything that we expected them to do on the day
No problems whatsoever and like I said special thanks to Jane 
Will let her do mine one day

who conducted a simple reflection of my brother in laws funeral who was excellent aswell

Dad had a Pre Paid Plan with Lymns.
From taking out the plan, arranging his funeral and the funeral its self everything was handled with such respect.
The dedication of your staff is second to none and I would recommend you to anyone who found themselves in the position that I was in.

Out first visit was with Jane,she was so kind caring and spent alot of time with us getting everything prepared to detail for Aaron. Unfortunately Jane was on holiday so Julia took over helping us get everything sorted even playing 3rd party with ex family members. Jane came back and re took up looking after us and wow she got everything spot on and went above and beyond to make Aaron's day absolutely fantastic. Your team are amazing and have so much time for us the greiving family. The drivers off the cars were so professional. Even after the funeral we went to collect the ashes and once again Jane was so welcoming and took so much time out to check we were OK and offering advice. I'm so pleased we choose your company and fabulous staff to lay my son to rest

Jane kept us  informed so we knew what to expect. The day was everything we wanted and needed to say goodbye and Matt was wonderful in looking after us all. A W Lymn at Clifton were marvellous in their support and organisation of my Father's recent funeral arrangements and they made the whole process from initial enquiry to finally collecting his ashes a comforting and stress-free experience. Jane, in the Clifton branch, and Jackie, who led the funeral cortege, were genuinely lovely and caring; it was a pleasure to know that, under their guidance and organisation, everything would go seamlessly and it certainly did. During a clearly distressing time for any family they are wonderfully supportive and provided an outstanding service. I can recommend A W Lymn in the strongest possible terms. One always hopes one doesn't need a service like theirs but, when you do, they are a superb company to help you make the necessary arrangements. I cannot thank them highly enough and I can honestly recommend them as an excellent firm, well deserving of their 5-start rating. Many thanks to all concerned at A W Lymn.

From start to finish the service provided by Lymn's was outstanding. I would like to praise Jane at the Clifton office for her empathy, support and professionalism in helping the family through this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and all the family felt at ease to deal with arrangements. 
On the day of the funeral Jane and the drivers all showed respect and reverence to the occasion but also kindness, humour and empathy supporting the family in a way that was fitting to the circumstances of the deceased.
