From first making contact with Lymns bulwell myself and my sister were reassured that our dad would be looked after 100 percent. We had a lovely man called Phillip who arranged our dad’s funeral with us and feel he went above and beyond to help make the whole process that little more bearable under the circumstances. Also Cheris for looking after us when we visited the chapel of rest (dad looked lovely) and Tony for liasing with us throughout. Many thanks Dayle Maddock and Louise Thorne

Tony, Charis and Philip were very helpful and did everything they could to make sure my husband's funeral went well. The celebrant, Nick Sharp was excellent, and gave the family a sensitive individual service which was appreciated by everyone who attended. Thank you.
A.W. Lymn's office in Bulwell is located at Middleton House, which is the oldest building in town, on the Main Street of Bulwell. Established in 1990, it went through a renovation and extension programme during 2008.
The funeral home features two visitation rooms, public rooms, cold room facilities and parking. The two visitation rooms can be used together as a family suite if requested.
Tony Knowles is the Funeral Director based at Bulwell and is responsible for the day to day running, along with the help of funeral arranger Paige Gleedwood..
The office is open from 9 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays. You can also arrange for an appointment at a time that is more convenient to you by calling the telephone number at any time of the day, seven days a week.
This branch covers all of Bulwell and its surrounding area, including Bestwood Park, Bestwood Village, Bulwell Forest, Bulwell Hall, Crabtree Farm, Heathfield and Leen Valley estates, Hempshill Vale, Heron Ridge, Highbury Vale, Sellers Wood, Snape Wood, Top Valley and further afield.
Nigel, Matthew and Jackie Lymn Rose are in charge of the business, ensuring all families have the best quality of service.

A very professional and sincere approach to us when organising Mum’s funeral. Lymns were very flexible and happy to change small aspects of our arrangements as we went along.

Lymn’s handled our dads funeral with dignity and where tremendously helpful. We knew what we wanted in terms of our the day would u gold and they made sure each need was met to the highest of standards. Fantastic staff in the hardest of times.

From the moment we arrived to book the date, Kim was incredible. I felt the whole Team had put a caring arm around our shoulders. We were faced with delays from Doctors etc, but throughout all of this Lymns, we're so patient and the Funeral went without a hitch, never feeling rushed on anything. Thankyou to all the team for helping us through this difficult time. The flowers were beautiful, and the Order of Service booklet was outstanding: A5 size printed on card with the poem Mum chose and 4 photos. This makes a lovely keepsake for funeral guests to remember her by.
