From the initial meeting with Paige to the service itself with Mark, nothing was too much trouble. we were guided through each stage.
A.W. Lymn's office in Bulwell is located at Middleton House, which is the oldest building in town, on the Main Street of Bulwell. Established in 1990, it went through a renovation and extension programme during 2008.
The funeral home features two visitation rooms, public rooms, cold room facilities and parking. The two visitation rooms can be used together as a family suite if requested.
Tony Knowles is the Funeral Director based at Bulwell and is responsible for the day to day running, along with the help of funeral arranger Paige Gleedwood..
The office is open from 9 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays. You can also arrange for an appointment at a time that is more convenient to you by calling the telephone number at any time of the day, seven days a week.
This branch covers all of Bulwell and its surrounding area, including Bestwood Park, Bestwood Village, Bulwell Forest, Bulwell Hall, Crabtree Farm, Heathfield and Leen Valley estates, Hempshill Vale, Heron Ridge, Highbury Vale, Sellers Wood, Snape Wood, Top Valley and further afield.
Nigel, Matthew and Jackie Lymn Rose are in charge of the business, ensuring all families have the best quality of service.

You couldn't have made it more easier for us at this very sorrowful time. It takes a lot for my dad to trust anyone with my mum but he did. Philip was wonderful from the day he arrived into mum and dad's home confronted with mums brood. There is a lot of us!
Philip is so patient and provided a sense of confidence that the day was all going to be as beautiful as it was. We trusted him. Dad now wants to talk about his funeral, but only with Philip 😊
The whole team were lovely and I believe genuinely cared. Thank you so much for making things easy on what is the most difficult time of our lives.

Arranging Funeral’s when emotions are running high must be a very difficult and stressful time but Lymns with their years of Experience, always provide a 1st class service… Literally, perfect, time after time, I don’t know how Lymns manage to do it… Mark would be so thankful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were really impressed with the way lymns dealt with our mums funeral. They showed compassion through out all of the funeral. They were very good with the instructions they were giving in regards to carrying the coffin and with the burial. Thankyou for giving our mum an excellent send off.

I could not fault them from beginning to end. Kirby explained everything really well, we knew exactly what was happening and what was going to happen.
We sorted all the venue, church and other arrangements, advising her of them as they arose.
I know we have been to other funerals run by Lymns so knew they are professional in their attitude and can be approached with any queries we may have. We could not have asked for a more efficient funeral. Thank you to all who were involved.
