Originally owned since the 1960’s by the Beeson family, this funeral home was bought by the Lymn Roses in 1994. This beautiful detached house has two visitation rooms, a reception room, cold room facilities and a small parking area.
AW Lymn's Bingham branch is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and closed on weekends, but can be open at other times by prior appointment.
Dominic Lister, who has worked at A W Lymn since 2009, is the funeral director responsible for this office and also lives locally.
Covering all of Bingham, this branch also serves its surrounding area including Barnstone, Carr Colston, Colston Bassett, Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, East Bridgford, Flintham, Granby, Gunthorpe, Hickling, Harby, Kinoulton, Langar, Long Clawson, Lowdham, Owthorpe, Plungar, Radcliffe, Tythby, Upper Saxondale and beyond.

On behalf of the family I would like to say thank you very much to Dominic Lister and the rest of the team for a first class, professional service.
From the first meeting with Dominic to the final farewell every aspect was carried out in a very respectful, sensitive, supportive and dignified manner.
We were particularly delighted with the Order of Service design, which perfectly reflected my mum's love of flowers.
Mum would have truly loved the tradition of the whole service, overseen by Canon Alan Haydock, to whom we would also like to say a heartfelt thank you.

Arranging and organising a funeral is never an easy thing to do but Dominic helped, and supported us throughout. His patience and understanding meant that dad's funeral was a perfect reflection of his life.

After my father's funeral in 2019 it was my mother's wish to have A W Lymn arrange her's when the time came. Philip Wilson and the rest of the team looked after us with great care and consideration and the day itself went seamlessly due to the organisation of both Philip and Christopher Henley the celebrant.
