Dominic and Mark who were in charge of my husbands funeral. How kind and caring they were. I would certainly recommend lymns funeral service in Bingham.
Originally owned since the 1960’s by the Beeson family, this funeral home was bought by the Lymn Roses in 1994. This beautiful detached house has two visitation rooms, a reception room, cold room facilities and a small parking area.
AW Lymn's Bingham branch is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and closed on weekends, but can be open at other times by prior appointment.
Dominic Lister, who has worked at A W Lymn since 2009, is the funeral director responsible for this office and also lives locally.
Covering all of Bingham, this branch also serves its surrounding area including Barnstone, Carr Colston, Colston Bassett, Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, East Bridgford, Flintham, Granby, Gunthorpe, Hickling, Harby, Kinoulton, Langar, Long Clawson, Lowdham, Owthorpe, Plungar, Radcliffe, Tythby, Upper Saxondale and beyond.

The support from Dominic and Lili from the start to the finish of the funeral was impeccable.
They both took so much pressure off me personally and treated me as such an individual taking my feelings and emotions into account whilst dealing with the death of my grandmother.

Was lovely for the main…..a couple of blips when going into church, and the songs….microphone was very quiet, not the fault of lymns tho…..beautiful slide show, which is what I wanted above all else.

The funeral was exactly what my husband would have wanted. The staff were very professional, but friendly at all times and made us feel at ease. They were quick to respond to any changes we wanted to make. The funeral Celebrant put us all at ease and conducted a beautiful service with feeling. I would highly recommend the service Lymns provided.

From the moment we walked into the office to organise the funeral, the funeral director, Dominic was very professional. He dealt with us with compassion and understanding. Everyone at Lymn's were fantastic from my first call to them late on the eveing before Easter Sunday. Michelle assured me that I could call her 24/7 which I did as Dad passed away early the next morning. It was wonderful to speak to a kind understanding human. I had one or two meetings with Dominic at the Bingham office to discuss the funeral and Order of Service as Mum kept changing her mind about everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Gary too, who took over from Dominic, having been fully briefed was very patient and thorough. Last, but by no means least Edward came to visit my mother, brother and I to go through what precisely would happen throughout the day. At 92 Mum found this very reassuring and Edward was there to support us through it all. Thanks all, you were amazing.
