St. Albans House in Arnold was opened in 1996 by Alison Maddaford in her capacity as President of the National Association of Funeral Directors. The funeral home underwent an extension in late 2012 and was fully refurbished in 2023 to provide modern, comfortable facilities for families.
Led by Funeral Director Russell Kemp, who possesses extensive knowledge of Arnold’s community churches and customs, the funeral home is supported by Funeral Arranger Jessica Raynor and Receptionists/Administrators Beryl Spencer and Jodie Ruth. Together, they offer compassionate and professional funeral services tailored to each family's needs.
St. Albans House provides a range of facilities to ensure dignified and respectful arrangements:

The people that I met were invariably courteous, kind and above all caring. They treated us as valued friends, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained in great detail so that we knew what was happening and when it was to occur.

Lymns were absolutely wonderful with the family from the initial meeting to the final goodbye. Everything we asked for was carried out in a kind caring thoughtful way, and very professional manner.
