My experience, of dealing with A.W. Lymn was very positive. They were very respectful, they were kind, and very professional. I had two meetings at the offices, and later at the Fu ... neral.
At all times they treated me, my family and my deceased wife's body with respect and dignity. They were very sympathetic and helpful dealing with all of my family's requests in a calm and professional manner.
Arranging the funeral of a loved one is very traumatic. Lymns helped me and family through the whole process in a kind and respectful way, from the collection of my wife's body, to finally laying her to rest. They were a great help during a difficult time. Later several of the mourners came to me and said how beautiful the entire ceremony had been. more

St. Albans House in Arnold was opened in 1996 by Alison Maddaford in her capacity as President of the National Association of Funeral Directors. The funeral home underwent an extension in late 2012 and was fully refurbished in 2023 to provide modern, comfortable facilities for families.
Led by Funeral Director Russell Kemp, who possesses extensive knowledge of Arnold’s community churches and customs, the funeral home is supported by Funeral Arranger Jessica Raynor and Receptionists/Administrators Beryl Spencer and Jodie Ruth. From start to finish, the girls in the office Jes and Jodie where very professional and yet with sympathy.

I cannot thank everyone at A.W. Lymn Arnold enough. From the moment I was first in touch with them to the collection of my dad's ashes they have been superb. Communication has been second to none with them always keeping me fully informed. The respect and care they showed my dad was so thoughtful and enabled me to relax in the knowledge that he was being treated with great dignity. The death of a loved one is a very sad time and decisions that would normally be very easy are suddenly extremely difficult. Jodie, Jessica, Russ and Phillip helped me and never pressured me for quick responses. I would happily recommend their service to anybody.

Staff helpful, although some information could have been clearer.
We had a prepaid funeral package so all was included but we had to have two funeral cars as theirs only seat 4.

I'm sorry if you were disappointed with our seating configuration, but we have only offered four seater passenger limousines for a number of years, however as your plan was not purchased from us directly, but assigned to us by the planning company after purchase then the plan holder would not have been aware of this at the time.
