From start to finish a very professional service was given. Wonderful organising skills that took the worry out of making the funeral arrangements. Everything was explained in great detail. I was kept informed throughout. The whole process was seamless. Even the cost was in my view satisfactory. Please extend my thanks and appreciation to Ellie Carr.

A. W. Lymn - Arnold - Nottingham. The staff who we spoke with, mainly Ellie Carr and Beryl were excellent and took every care to ensure the sad occasion of my fathers funeral ran smoothly and efficiently. Similarly on the day of the funeral the representatives from A. W. Lymn were also very efficient, yet extremely personable. As I am sure anyone reading this review would also be interested in pricing, then having done some prior research we found their charges fair and competitive.
They simply took care of everything. Would highly recommend.

Ellie was very caring and understanding with all our family members while making the arrangements and any other details/ questions we had.. Beryl and Russell ensured a very smooth reception into Church and , celebration of life [ funeral] .
I would recommend Lymns [Arnold team] to anyone . During the sad time of Dad dying we had complete confidence that Lymns would do everything to ensure Dad's funeral/ celebration of life was undertaken with dignity and empathy .

Everyone loved the London bus .

The service provided by A W Lymn at a very distressing time was absolutely superb. Every stage from the initial meeting with Richard (on call from the Beeston office), the administrative arrangements made by Ellie and Beryl (at the Arnold office), through to the drivers and pallbearers on the day of the funeral was handled in an extremely professional and emphatic manner. A special thanks to Nigel Lymn Rose for his support and understanding on a most difficult day.

At a time when your brain is scrambled and you can't think straight, Ellie at Lymn's in Arnold made everything very easy.   She didn't rush any decisions and explained everything sympathetically and knowledgeably.   I thank her for that.

Also want to mention the two drivers of our funeral cars who couldn't have been nicer to us.  Kind and very respectful they are certainly an asset to A J Lymn.  Unfortunately do not have their names.

My family have been comforted by the excellent service A.W.Lymn have so patiently provided.   We felt our beloved mother was treated with the utmost respect, during a very difficult time.  Patience and a professional approach worked very well for us all round.  Our requests have been met to the full.  Thank you to all the staff at Arnold Branch and the City Branch for your attention to detail.

Sensitive and empathetic guidance throughout the booking and arrangements process, and in dealing with any subsequent queries I had prior to the funeral itself. All aspects of the funeral were handled with discreet professionalism, both by the Lymns team themselves and by the excellent civil celebrant, Keith Brown, who they had recommended to me and who went to immense trouble both before and on the day to provide a lovely farewell for Mum that could have not have been more fitting for her, or indeed for myself. Sincere thanks to everyone involved.

A difficult time for the family was made so much easier by Lymn's helpful professional and above all understanding service.
Ellie in the office was polite considerate and helpful at all times and explained things to me in a clear and concise manner. On the day of the funeral all the staff who comprised the cortege were excellent both in what they said and the manner in which they conducted themselves.
Ian our driver was the perfect mixture of compassion and understanding but I must single Mark out for particular commendation. Everything about him from what he said to the way he said it to the way he conducted and presented himself was perfectly judged and he put my brother and myself at complete ease. We cannot thank him enough.

Ellie and Beryl who dealt with my Fathers cremation were fantastic from the start to the finish in organising everything.
Mark the main pallbearer (forgive if not correct title) was absolutely brilliant in informing us what was going to happen and with a smile, not a laughing smile, but a genuine smile that was from within..
All in all, everything was perfect as it was when AW Lymns carried out my Mother’s cremation 3 years ago.
