Ellie was fabulous throughout the whole process. She was professional and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. We had some last minute challenges which she handled so calmly and efficiently . You gave my Dad a dignified funeral thank you.

Lymn's were very attentive to our needs and organised everything we needed very smoothly to allow us to mourn our late father without having to worry about funeral arrangements.
St. Albans House, situated in Arnold, was opened in 1996 by Alison Maddaford, the president of the National Association of Funeral Directors at the time, and extended during late 2012. It is now run by Russell Kemp who has a very good knowledge of Arnold’s people, ministers, churches and customs. Russell gained his Diploma qualification with the National Association of Funeral Directors and is assisted by our funeral arranger Jessica Raynor. Beryl Spencer and Jodie Ruth are the receptionists / administrators.
A.W. Lymn's Arnold branch features a parking area, reception, two private reception rooms, two visitation rooms and also a visitation suite with an adjoining room where the family can spend time in private. There are also cold room facilities and a small memorial showroom.
Russell, Jessica, Beryl and Jodie will be more than pleased to offer any assistance you require, whether this is ’at need’, or simply an enquiry for the future. The funeral home is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday. All A.W. Lymn funeral homes are also open at any time by appointment and the telephone line is available every day of the week, 24 hours a day.
This branch covers all of Arnold and the surrounding areas including Calverton, Daybrook, Epperstone, Killisick, Lambley, Lowdham, Oxton, Redhill, Woodthorpe and beyond.
A.W. Lymn The Family Funeral Service is managed by Nigel, Matthew and Jackie Lymn Rose, who are keeping the family tradition in providing the best service for bereaved families since 1907.

Right from the start we had the sense of professionalism, dignity and respect. The funeral package we wanted was unusual and involved black horses and carriage to the church and changing to hearse to the cemetery and back.
The whole arrangements for the cemetery, church, flowers, Orders of Service, music etc. were executed with the highest efficiency and minimal input from us. The day of the funeral, although a sad occasion, was one to remember.
Many thanks to Russ and his team at Lymn's Arnold for the excellent service, for taking care of us so well and making the day go so smoothly.

My son was only 26 years old and was taken by that evil cancer. We were extremely well looked after by A.W.Lymn who were totally committed to our needs and wishes at all times and very attentive to detail. Would thoroughly recommend them Many many thanks to Beryl, Ellie and Tina for getting us through a very difficult time.

- It was our mother's funeral on 2nd December. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I can't thank Lymn's enough for their professionalism, help and support at what is a traumatic time for the family. They kept in touch with us throughout and were friendly every step of the way. The viewing room in Arnold was so tranquil, I, as her daughter felt comforted when I was in there with her. I believe it was Ellie who had done my mum's make up and dress. I couldn't fault it, just the right shade of pink lipstick and a natural look about her, which is exactly what I'd asked for. Thanks again Lymn's, it's not the first time we've had your services and it certainly wont be the last.

We experienced a prompt, professional and sympathetic service from the Arnold office staff. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a good level of communication between Lymns, family and other parties prior to the funeral. On the day of the funeral, we were impressed by the respectful and ceremonial way the event was delivered. At such a difficult time, we felt Lymns provided the support that a family needed.

The service we got from Lymns was outstanding - professional, compassionate, caring! My Dad couldn’t have been given a better send off and for that I will be for ever grateful. Both Russell and Beryl that I dealt with the most are just beautiful people.
Keith Brown who did the Eulogy was amazing everyone said it like he knew my Dad - couldn’t have asked for more.
