We were supported with kindness and sensitivity. All arrangements were Taylor made to reflect what we wanted and the actual funeral was perfect on the day. Much appreciated by all of us.

I cannot thank New Ollerton and Mansfield Co-op funeral homes enough. The support I received from them, the help and guidance made a very difficult time that little bit easier. 
A special mention to Kim and Emma, they made sure I understood every step in the process and ensured it all happened exactly as my father wanted. Professional, supportive, empathetic and extremely good at what they do.

Excellent service the staff could not do enough for us from arranging the funeral to the actual funeral day. They made it an easier process in a difficult time. Everything was do professional but with the human touch they were always available if needed and the lady who led the funeral was so kind and supportive. I would highly recommend to anyone in their difficult time. Thank you for everything

Quick and simple cremation ended up as a delayed, drawn out, arrangement with poor communication of lots of excuses.

Joanna and her team were excellent and looked after use very well at was a very traumatic time ,and Steve Casey our Celebrant delivered the words of our eulogy perfectly in all we were treated like Family.

From start to finish the COOP FUNERAL SERVICES has been amazing. All staff especially Joanne who have dealt with our package, have been compassionate, caring and supportive throughout the whole process.
They have treated my brother, my mother and ourselves with respect and dignity, and have helped us every step of the way. 
We can’t thank them enough, bless you all.

No facilities to transport wheelchair patients to and from the crematorium as mum could not go due to lack of support for housebound people it feels like discriminating against people with disabilities so not respecting clients needs but as a business it all comes down to making profit (cost of running a wheelchair cab we was told it is not cost effective) I am absolutely appalled at the fact that i would of had to pick my dads ashes up in a cardboard box and not in a urn as they did for my grandma 5yrs ago free of charge no respect and lack of information about this also communication was very bad as we had to chase up when to see dad as they said they would get back to us which they did not due to forgetting about us and incorrect information regarding when one of their funeral directors could come out to arrange the funeral plan we was told all home visits was after 8pm and according to him when arrived he said it could be anytime of the day/night.First time we used co op was really good but this time too many errors in such a sad time that is reflected in the star rating but would not of got any stars if it was not for the fact the service was really good by Annette Terry very highly recommended as Annette did the service for my grandma and my dad which they would of been proud of .
