Sam provided constant help and support, and was there whene ... ver we needed her. Organising a funeral for a loved one is a horrible time, but Sam helped us through it and the funeral director on the day (sorry I've forgotten the gentleman's name) was reassuring, patient and supportive throughout the day. One of the newest offices in the A W Lymn group, Ollerton opened in April 2011 and is run by funeral arranger Sam Turnbull and overseen by area manager Jonathan Baker.
The building features a car park at the rear, a reception, a large visiting room, a family room and cold room facilities.
The funeral home is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and at any other time by appointment. Please telephone A.W. Lymn's main number which is personally answered 24 hours a day to make arrangements.
The branch covers all of Ollerton and its surrounding areas including Budby, Church Warsop, Edwinstone, Perlethorpe, Walesby, Warsop, Wellow and beyond.

Was very pleased with the overall service from AW Lymn. The funeral arranging was excellent as was the organization of the day itself. We had logistical issues with us both living many hours away but Sam was excellent at working around this and was very flexible. Jonathan did an excellent job on the day. Only criticism would be attention to detail from the engravers, if a family member hadn't visited the day before, we would have been very upset on the day of the funeral to see that one of the plaques had the name spelled incorrectly - the others were correct. This was quickly rectified which was great but would have been upsetting if we hadn't seen it beforehand.

I cannot thank A W Lymn Ollerton enough for the help and support in arranging the funeral. They made the whole process so easy and were very compassionate and understanding and helped us make the funeral exactly as we wanted it. They explained the all options and allowed us to make what choices we wanted and did not try to push us into any choices. The support from Sam both before and after the funeral has been fantastic and I cannot thank her enough for this. Also the support from Jonathan on the day of the funeral was also invaluable.
They made a stressful situation much easier for us.

From the moment I made contact Lymns were supportive, sensitive and respectful of our wishes.
Our funeral arranger, Sam, was approachable and understanding and kept me updated with any developments along the way.
Arrangements were made easier by being able to call into a local branch as we could quickly have answers to any queries we had.
Thank you for helping my sister and I through what was an emotional and traumatic time of our lives.

At such a difficult time, you couldn't have asked for more from AW Lymn. Sarah was so kind and thoughtful, even letting us bring our dog Scooby to the appointment. We had more than enough to deal with so them just taking all the pressure off was amazing. Highly recommend.

The care and support I received from my very first contact with Sarah at A.W.Lymn
to the actual funeral service has been outstanding. At all times she went over and above expectations to meet our every need. The advice and support I was given throughout the planning and decision making process was of the very highest standard.
The organisation of the day and the professionalism shown by all of the staff involved was also excellent.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lynn's. From the start contacting you and arranging the funeral and discussing what we wanted at the service at the crematorium. The cars arrived on time and the gentleman driving the cars was very supportive and drove with care. The service at the crematorium went very smoothly with Malcolm and it was a lovely service what we had planned.
