Excellent service from start to finish, at a time when i was heartbroken. Denise was very helpful and friendly, Mark who did the service was amazing. The girls who collected mum from home were so caring and considerate, I would definitely reccomend F.Coope & sons

Excellent service with care and dignity for our dad at a very sad time for all the family, Denice and Joanne listened to all our requests and helped to make a difficult day a fitting tribute to our dad. The vintage hearse was amazing and thank you Denise for making it possible to use this for our dad's final journey.

Wonderful personal service yet still professional. Denise and Kim both gave me some really good advice and the day went really smoothly. Lots of comments about the little touches that made so much difference.

The service we recieved from Denise was really good. She made finalising mums funeral so easy. Most of it had already been put in place by mum a few years ago,so really was not a lot to sort. But as a family we felt let down by the fact that mum was left resting at kingsmill for over 2 weeks. I know there were some staff shortages but this left us a little upset. Then on the day we viewed mum,we discovered her glasses were missing. This happened between leaving hospital and returning to the chapel of rest. Staff were very apologetic and although i said it was ok, we found it upsetting. On the day the service we recieved was exeptional,although we were way ahead with the timings and were a little concerned that some people may not have made it to the service. On a whole the service was ok,just a few little things we felt let the co op down.
