Very friendly team. Excellent celebrant (Steve). Had a few issues with communication, repeated questions about certain aspects of the funeral which would have been a bit less upsetting not to have to discuss more than once. Organised a webcast for the service and someone forgot to press play so about 10 minutes were missed. Else the day itself was well organised.

The staff at the Rainworth branch was excellent especially Tracey from the time me my brother and sister walked in. Very helpful on all that we wanted for my mums funeral. On the day everything went to play and the respect from your staff that brought the coffin up to my mum's house was 1st class. Thank you again for making everything right for my mum to have a good send off it was what she wanted..

She would keep me updated ,and would phone to check if there was anything else she could help with .
The planning of my husbands funeral was made easier than I had anticipated.

Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond. Tracey kept in touch regularly just to make sure we were all ok. Arranging the funeral was so straight forward, they listened to what we wanted and put it all in to action. The funeral went without any problems, it was respectful, personal and all we intended. Plus David was a pleasure to meet making sure we knew what it all entailed and enquiring after us all. Our overall experience with the CO-OP funeral services was second to none thank you all so very much for making our mothers last day with us so special.

Such a professional yet friendly and caring service. Tracy took time to listen to what we wanted to do, explained our options and took us in her stride when we wanted to do things out of the ordinary. I felt she really cared about us.

Rachel and Tracey were kind, sensitive and extremely helpful during a difficult time. We instantly felt a connection and were able to ask for advice throughout. The whole process ran smoothly and the funeral was a perfect send off for our mum. Chris the funeral director was warm, gentle and excellent at his job as were the whole team. Chris made us all feel comforted and supported throughout the day. Can't recommend Co-op funeralcare enough.

From beginning to end I couldn't have asked for more, the staff was Curtis and polite and so very helpful.
I will in a few weeks be going back to set my own funeral requirements
