I honestly could not have asked for better support, organisation, attention to detail and going above  beyond the call of duty from Coop funeral care.
The team at Rainworth particularly Kim and Helen who I understand is a senior manager looked after me and Rachael so carefully and with the upmost commitment and compassion. I will never forget this experience and the way in which the devoted staff members carried out their duties.
The way the funeral director Emma presented herself on the day and directed the proceedings was perfect. Thanks also to Pete and Mark Andrew for their kindness and care. 
The whole team were  exceptional in every way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From when I called you, the evening my Dad passed, I spoke to a lady initially and then directly to those that would come to take care of my Dad.

These people were the only support given that evening, because Southwell Court Care Home were inept and not equipped for end of life care.

Respect and dignity was given from point of contact at coop funeral.
Thank you to those who transported Jim.

Thank you for asking if I was okay to get home. Thank you for the hug before he went with you....(Southwell Care Home didn't 'care'....But that ok/was expected.)


Finally, to Tracy, at the Rainworth branch.
We didn't need much but knew you were there.
You made us feel so comfortable. You were......non-judgemental, respectful, calm, balanced, approachable and comforting.
You are awesome.
You were everything and more that I'd hoped

The Co-op were very helpful and kind at a difficult period as my sister's death was very sudden. They kept us updated at all times and were very thorough.

An excellent service provided by all your staff from planning the funeral to on the day. Everyone took great care of us and showed kindness and consideration. My late Dad , had said how brilliant Tracy and the staff were at Rainworth Co Op Funeral Care , when they handled his late wife's funeral. When it came to me organising my Dad's funeral , I could see what he meant . Tracy is amazing , it doesn't matter what you ask, she will reply . So professional, yet friendly and approachable, so helpful .Thankyou .
Peter ,the funeral director, was just as wonderful, so helpful , and attentive. I know it's his job, but when he spoke to me it was always as though my feelings and well being were important at that moment in time .
Thankyou all again for making a difficult and upsetting time a little easier to bear .

Friendly and helpful staff at a difficult time, good communication without swamping you. Efficient organisation. Just wish parking was a little easier at the office in Rainworth.

Overall though. Excellent. Special mention to Tracy. Very efficient.
