This was the second occasion in as many years that I had to use the cooperative funeral service. Professional from start to finish and always kept me well informed and updated with the process.

From the beginning through to the funeral the staff have been absolutely brilliant, carefully explaining all aspects to me, treating both myself and late wife with dignity. It always felt like if you were concerned about any aspect you could phone/email as much as was needed. The funeral director on the day of the funeral blew me away with the dignity she gave my late wife from the time she reached my house to the end of the funeral. Highly recommend this office to anyone in a similar position.

My Dad's funeral from beginning to end was dealt with professionally and with extreme respect and empathy. The two people who stood out the most were Emma and Peter and I cannot thank them enough for making a sad time beautiful. We were so impressed that my husband and I are going to take out a funeral plan each later in the year. A sincere thank you so much to everyone involved and for making the day special.

This company, the staff have been brilliant and patient during a difficult time, that took weeks to sort, and took such good care of our dad and were very caring towards me and my sisters too. Understanding that things took time to sort out. I really appreciated how a couple of staff members came outside as we left in limousine and hearse to pay their respects and side of road. That was lovely. We didn't half talk a lot to them and made them laugh, even though we were grieving. Thank you for putting up with us lol. Thanks on behalf of our dad too.

Can't praise the team for our funeral enough. They helped where needed when I was unsure what decision to make and kept me fully informed. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was wonderful from the flowers, Order of Service through to the service.

We didn't find the personal service when we first arranged the funeral. The lady that dealt
With us had no compassion ,is this because this funeral had been prepaid years before.
We had asked for an update on when dad would be in their care and never got that phone call, we had to chase that up several times.

The funeral bearers however had more empathy and courtesy .
I can only refect on using your service back in February when I buried my late mum and that was much different. The communication back and forth was fabulous. I would have recommended then. Saying nothing was to much trouble and the staff went that extra mile.
This is why I've scored it average.

The service they provided was excellent, they looked after my son and carried out all of his and my requests wh8lst he was in there care, he looked beautiful in his coffin and I can not thank the CoOp ,its staff and the funeral director at Mansfield enough for their care and support .

Excellent service and so professional, coop funeral directors couldn't have done enough for for us they went above and beyond there duties even when the funeral taken place the after care and support we had was absolutely excellent, Alice kerry and all the staff are amazing i only wish there was a million stars cause i would give all of them to them, many thanks for everything

The night my mother died two staff members came to collect her. They had tried calling me but my phone was in the kitchen I was with my mother. I checked my voice mails as soon as I could and all I could hear was the female staff member shouting for F*** sake, f***Ing hell! Absolutely terrible! Our first appointment in Mansfield was not welcoming at all and the female member of staff never asked us what funeral we wanted she just assumed what we wanted and proceeded to fill in the wrong paperwork. There was limited communication from staff, I had to do all the calling. Not very good service at all I’m afraid, I would not recommend to anyone.
