The office is located at Standard House, on Chesterfield Road South, and is a two storey building directly across from the Catholic Church of Saint Philip Neri. Standard House was opened on 12th July 2005 by Dr. Nigel Chapman, H. M. Coroner for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, to better serve Mansfield’s families.
The premises include a reception area, visitation rooms, family room, off-street parking, some garaging for our fleet cars and cold room facilities.
Funeral director David Clarke is in charge of the office and Jonathan Baker is the senior funeral director responsible for the area. David is available at the funeral home from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can arrange an appointment at your convenience if you are unable to visit the office during opening hours. The telephone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The branch covers all of Mansfield and its surrounding area including Berry Hill, Blidworth, Church Warsop, Clipstone, Forest Town, Harlow Wood, Ladybrook, Mansfield Woodhouse, Pleasley, Rainworth, Ravenshead, Shirebrook, Warsop, Warsop Vale and beyond.
Established in 1907, A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service is owned and managed by the Lymn Rose family. Nowadays, Nigel, Jackie and Matthew Lymn Rose run the company.

I cannot thank David and all at Lymn enough for their professional and sympathetic handling of my partner's burial, nothing was too much trouble, they went the extra mile even thinking of ordering rose petals to throw on the coffin if it was raining and the soil would be muddy, it was the saddest of days for me but David and the team made it go ahead without any stress and seamlessly, would really recommend them 100%
