I can’t thank the team at Prudhoe enough. Sadly we have had two family funerals in the past 9 months but it was made easier by the amazing team. 
We used Nikki for both of my Grandparents funerals and she was amazing, very supportive & helpful. She made sure we knew what was going on at all times. 
Overall we can’t fault the coop team at all. Thank you for everything.

The funeral went very well despite late change to the Funeral Director due to illness.
The celebrant was excellent and by coincidence she had known my Mother when she was a teenager, and had also been at school with my brother.

From the outset David and his team at Prudhoe were absolutely brilliant. They listened to what we asked for and delivered. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our dad was with them for a while before the funeral and was looked after with dignity and respect. Cannot fault the service. The whole team were brilliant.

Excellent service from the co-op funeral care from start to finish. The staff are really caring & compassionate, they helped us at every step of the way. David our funeral director was fantastic, really professional throughout. He made sure our needs were met & that we knew what was happening at every stage. Our celebrant Gail wrote the eulogy for us & read it out, everyone commented on how lovely the service was. She made me feel at ease to read my reading out.
All the staff went above & beyond for us

Words can’t even describe how amazing everyone at the Co-Op has been with myself and my family. From having the first meeting until after the funeral they have been very supportive. The service they put on was beautiful and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The whole funeral was conducted for us in a caring and professional manner. From buying the funeral plan till the final day of the funeral. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help, steering us through the process with a kind and gentle hand.
Having a funeral plan complete before the need of one, made the process so much more simpler, especially when the family is grieving. It meant the director did not need to ask us what we wanted, they could take the lead and sort everything out for us. Again I thank you with all my heart.
