Both Roy Davison, Funeral Director, and Andy Johnson, Celebrant, did excellent jobs. Both were very caring, patient and  understanding. Also Northumberland Crematorium proved to be the perfect venue.

From the minute I rang Coop funeral care, they couldn't have been more helpful. We had a meeting with Roy Davison where everything was explained fully. From that meeting Roy kept in touch with me regularly to make sure everything was okay leading up to the funeral and he rang me after the funeral to check everything had gone to plan, which it had. The family were all happy at they way things were planned and with the funeral itself. Thanks again from all of us

A very professional and friendly service. I liked the fact that we were allocated one funeral director as our point of contact. I received frequent calls, advice and updates right up to the day of the funeral. The funeral itself ran smoothly and was conducted with dignity and respect.

From the ladies in the office to Mike the funeral director, they were all so kind and considerate. They were able to change the time of the funeral so that we could have the venue we wanted for afterwards. On the day of the funeral, Mike was excellent and supported us through the entire morning. The celebrant they arranged for us, Gill Atkinson, kept us focused while we were arranging the funeral and was perfect on the day.
Overall we were extremely grateful for their care and professionalism.
