Very attentive to all our requests. Kept us up to date at all stages through this sad time.
Despite having to vacate damaged premises due to Storm Arwen , continuity maintained throughout. from COOP premises in Morpeth.
Advice re addition to an existing memorial inscription, & with regard to having our relative's Ashes interred with another relative highly valued .

The organisation of the funeral was carried out very efficiently but with a caring manner. Everything went smoothly and as planned on the day of the funeral.   All staff were courteous, respectful and ensured that the family were kept informed at each stage.  They made a very difficult day much easier. We recently found ourselves organising a funeral of a loved one who lived over 4 hours away from us. Organising a funeral is never easy, but doing so remotely brings added complications. Mike Hale was nothing short of amazing, his compassion, patience and empathy during such a difficult time was so appreciated. He co-ordinated everything for us, ensuring the service went smoothly and we were able to give such a personal send off despite never actually meeting until the afternoon of the funeral. We, as a family cannot thank Mike and the Co-op team enough, would highly recommend !
