Christine and her team were wonderful to deal with during this difficult time. To add to the challenges, I was in the US making arrangements. Christine was always extremely helpful and very responsive as we communicated trans-Atlantic. Everyone we met was caring, respectful and thoughtful. The Funeral went as we had wanted. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Roy and his team were. From our first meeting we were treated in a caring professional manner. Roy kept in touch regularly always enquiring how we were and if there was anything else that he and the team could do to make things better.
