The whole process was handled tastefully and professionally. The funeral director, Julie, talked me through everything clearly and carefully. With empathy she guided me through my options, allowing me plenty of time to make decisions and taking my feelings into account. Her advice was excellent and, on the day, the funeral was conducted with dignity and sympathy, the music, readings and timings all came together beautifully. Could not have been any better!

I would like to say from making a appointment on the phone to going in to sort my husband’s arrangement of his funeral out ? To the final day of  laying him to rest I cannot praise all the staff at the Hexham funeral parlour of all there dedication, there help and how professional they all were? And one thing that will stay with me was when I finally went and say goodbye to my husband Kevin knocked and the door where my husband was lying in peace
