I cannot thank Lisa and her team enough for  the support ,care and compassion we received  while arranging and carrying through the funeral of my husband Alan.
From our initial meeting we were consulted  on our wishes,advised and guided through the whole procedure.
It was a relief and a comfort to know that our family and my husband  were in “safe hands”
Everyone who attended the funeral mentioned how lovely and fitting the service was.Alan would have been proud.

Myself and my brothers cannot thank the staff at Cramlington for everything that they did for our mother's funeral. and all of the support from the moment she passed away,They were very helpful, compassionate and explained everything thoroughly. They felt like they were part of our family.

The funeral director, Lisa, was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful.
I did not like the length of time my Mum was in the hospital mortuary before being taken into the care of the Co-op.
I felt that leaving the crematorium service could have been organised better.
However, overall the Co-op were very good and I would recommend them.
