The service I received upon the death of my mam was first class . Everyone was so helpful, kind and considerate at this time. My mum was even  treat with respect and that was so important to me.

I was able to contact Beccy, Gary and Emma any time and they were always welcoming when I rang .

I was told no question is silly and that helped me tremendously.  

My family have always used the Coop Funeralcare in the past and will  continue  to do so in the future .

Managed funeral with dignity and respect. Kelly was wonderful taking time to listen helping us with all arrangements. Staff at funeral parlour were very accomadating, respectful and courteous. I thank them wholeheartedly for the way they took care of mam taking her to her final resting place

Everyone I dealt with at the Blyth branch were absolutely lovely and they made the whole process of arranging my mams funeral much easier. They provide an excellent service and nothing was a problem to them. Would recommend them to anyone.
