Very professional service. The only issue I felt was a lack of communication between original appointment and day of funeral. I had to ring up to check details on a few occasions. However, when I did contact the office my query was dealt with quickly and effectively.

Gary's assistance throughout the course of the funeral was exemplary.

Once again I can’t not thank Gary and the team enough for all their help and support given to us during such a very sad and difficult time, this was the 2nd funeral we have had to arrange in 6 months. Arranging a funeral when you are grief stricken is no easy task. We were under no pressure to make any decisions and were given plenty time to decide what we wanted. Gary was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate and was on hand at all times to answer any questions and did everything he could  to accommodate our requests. He kept me updated at all times  I had in my mind what I wanted for the orders of service and Emma managed to have them made exactly how I had envisioned them. She was always very polite and helpful when I visited the office and so very kind and supportive towards a young family when they went to the chapel of rest to visit their Dad. The service was amazing and beautifully delivered by Ann Thelwell.

The organisation , support , and care extended to me for my husband's funeral was exemplary . I am hugely appreciative of how well everything was arranged and on the day the funeral was perfect . Richard and Becca kept me up-dated and informed about the entire process and I would also like to call out Andy Jones - Humanist who expertly delivered a fitting tribute to Owen at the funeral service . I can't speak highly enough about the service that the co-op provided Gary who helped me was kind consideret and very reassuring at a very sad and stressful time the service was lovely and I would recommend Blyth co'op to friends and family
