From the initial contact with Gary Stafford until the funeral service itself we were most impressed by the total professionalism with which the arrangements were carried out. As a family we had the main elements of the funeral already decided but it was the little, additional touches that made all the difference like pausing outside the Residential Home where Mum had stayed the last few months of her life.
A very special commendation must go to Ann Thelwell who conducted Mum's service. It didn't feel like a funeral at all, more a celebration of her life and the balance of religious and more humanist elements made for a beautiful and fitting tribute to a wonderful lady.
Gary's continuous support in the run up to the service was very much appreciated and every detail was double checked to make sure it was perfect on the day.
Thank you doesn't begin to express our appreciation to everyone at Co-operative Funeral Care for their support during a very difficult time.
