Following the recent loss of my husband, my daughter and I received exceptional kindness, compassion and courtesy from our initial contact with Jason and subsequent dealings with Victoria at Coop Funeral Care in Wellingborough. The whole process was dealt with effectively and professionally and nothing was too much trouble. We are so pleased that we chose to use their services and highly recommend them.

The directors were fantastic there was nothing left until answered and they were always ahead of us and ensuring the whole day went to plan, which it did. The whole family and friends of the deceased were really impressed with the smoothness of the day and the lead up to the occasion. In particular thanks to Victoria for all her efforts and fulfilling Maria's wishes.

Everything went so smoothly from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble (even when we kept changing the music!). The service was just how we wanted it and we can’t thank Victoria and the team enough. Would definitely recommend.

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Victoria and her team for the exceptional service they provided during the recent passing of my Father. 

From the moment we first contacted Victoria, she was compassionate, understanding, and supportive. Taking the time to listen to our needs and wishes, and offered guidance and advice every step of the way handling all of the arrangements with efficiency and sensitivity, making sure everything was perfect for the funeral.

I was especially touched by the way the whole team treated my loved one with dignity and respect. They made sure that the funeral was a fitting tribute to their life, and they helped me and my family to say goodbye in a meaningful way.

I would highly recommend Victoria and her team to anyone who is in need of funeral services, they are truly exceptional professionals.

Natalia and Louise were fantastic in the way the situation was handled. However not all members of staff of the Wellingborough branch were professional in the way they handled advice being given. This included certain things that were given incorrectly as fact when it was really advice. The ceremony was really nicely handled by Heather she listened well to the stories being told and presented it in a way that would make Ian proud of the memorial given.
