Heather and team were excellent. My sister requested a direct cremation and I live outside of the area and it took a few weeks to obtain a death certificate etc. Rushden funeral care were very patient and attentive during the wait and we were able to write some words to be read out as they prepared Sam for her final journey. They even told me the name of the man driving her. Thank you

My Mother was treated with respect and dignity from the very beginning of the process. The young woman and man who came to transport her to the funeral home were beautifully dressed, were extremely smart, took great care with her and I was confident that she would be looked after.
I was kept informed of what was happening to her and everything that  I was told would be done was done.
I was treated with great consideration too and I don’t think I could have asked for anything more.
I would definitely recommend this service and would use again when the time comes.

We was made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Claire was very comforting and arranged everything we needed for the funeral while providing care for us when we was struggling. We have recommended their services to family and friends
