The Rushden branch did an amazing job . From booking in to actually burial they were faultless .

Sadly I had to return to Zimbabwe a few days after my Mom had passed, I had to leave all cremation arrangements up to Rushden Funeralcare  I could have not left my Mom in better hands, so very caring kept me updated on every step of my Moms final journey.

Heather & her team are amazing & made a hard day a little bit better with their kindness & empathy. Heather organised my Mum’s funeral in November & my Dad’s in December. Losing both parents in such a short space of time is very hard. Heather went above & beyond at this very difficult time. I cannot recommend Heather & her team highly enough. They are a credit to your company.

From going into the Rushden office to arrange my mothers funeral to when we said goodbye on the day, everything was done to the highest standard and the staff could not of been anymore helpful.

The Coop also dealt with my mother's funeral in 2021 and gave such excellent service that I automatically approached them to deal with my husband's funeral.
Once again, their service was excellent BUT I was disappointed in the order of service booklets which, although lovely on the outside, were really just a summary of the proceedings on the inside. While the words of the hymn were printed out as well as the titles of our music choices, the words of our two poems and the names of the readers as well as the name of our son who gave a tribute to his father were omitted, thus rendering the whole booklet somewhat sterile. I confess that I was very disappointed as there is now nothing to maintain as a meaningful keepsake and sending copies to people who could not attend but who had requested one was, frankly, embarrassing!
The lovely girl in the office did write down the names of the poems I requested early on and knew them both.
When I mentioned my disappointment yesterday, I was told that the "printers" must have been given skimpy information. Now, clearly that wasn't by me, so it was either our celebrant or the office ladies. Whoever it was, someone made an error somewhere in the proceedings!!
It is such a shame because had the booklets been up to the standard of my mother's, everything would have been just perfect.
I feel a little sad that I don't really have a memento of my husband's funeral, especially as the poems were so poignant and my son's tribute so fitting.
