Very helpful when I have called into the office and the funeral was extremely professionally run. I did ask him to notify me when my mum was in his care, which he didn't do. I wasn't asked what I wanted to do with the flowers or the ashes, I had to ask them. They have kindly kept her ashes for another 4 weeks for me until I am back in Northampton. Overall very good.

I can not thank Kevin and his team enough for all their consideration, kindness and most of their thoughtfulness and professionalism.
