We dealt with Natalia for my late Uncles funeral. Honestly she was just wonderful, an absolute credit to you she really is. The kindness and thoughtfulness from day one, her care and compassion for myself and my family were so appreciated. Please pass on our thanks to this wonderful lady.

Couldn't have gone more smoothly gave my mum fantastic care Amy was so courteous to us new her job and kept us fully informed at all times the celebrant Stuart holden did us proud and Andy made sure everything went smoothly at the crematorium as he did with my dad's funeral 9 years ago

After using Co-op Funeral Care Northampton for the funeral of our late mother, we were left asking ourselves a few questions.



1. How could we have seen such beauty at a time of deepest loss and grief? The coffin and flower arrangement were breath-taking. We know our mother would have adored them.

2. Was it wrong to have enjoyed a funeral? We almost felt guilty afterwards. The vicar/priest/speaker was wonderful.

3. Is it normal to miss a funeral team? They were so helpful and supportive. Always knew the right thing to say. Respected our loved ones wishes and were extremely kind and understanding.

My mother deserved the best and that is exactly what Co-op Funeral Care gave her. We cannot thank them enough for making what was and is one of the darkest of times more bearable. Thank You

The team at Barrack Road have been brilliant from day one of arranging my mum's funeral. It was the hardest time and they made it so easy for me. They were so supportive and great at communicating with me. From the smallest details to the Celebrant, everything was perfect and everyone that came to the Funeral said so. Excellent service from Day 1 to the actual Funeral itself.
Outstanding customer service from Natalia.
And the actual service itself was so warm and accommodating, which again was down to Natalia and the staff.
Everyone who attended have commented on how nice the whole day was.

What a service, the staff were extremely attentive to the family and friends of my mother in law, the respect they shown was beyond belief and Natalia was wonderful, although mother wanted plain and simple the Co-Op made it very special, right down to putting mums wedding ring in a little box and a velvet pouch, when my dad died my mum went to another funeral directors and they put his wedding ring in a brown envelope, so this little touch that you did went a long way, my sister in law thought it was lovely. THANK YOU for your undivided compassion

From the very first contact following my sisters death at home. The Co Ops staff were sensitive to my needs and compassionate in their handling of my sisters body. This consideration continued throughout the whole process of arranging for my sister’s funeral and the service itself. They followed and fulfilled my wishes completely which was a great comfort to me.

The service I received through the loss of my husband was excellent. We already had a funeral plan set up . But the final details we made so much easier thanks to Beth ,Natalia was so good on the day of the funeral she made everything so much easier.myself and my family would like to say thank you so much
