Co-op Funeralcare, Barrack Rd, Northampton was fantastic in the care and continuing support they gave myself and the family with our Uncles funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, and they spent time explaining everything in a caring and compassionate way. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Co-op.

When you have to deal with the death of someone you love it’s heartbreaking.Beth and Natalia especially were outstandingly dignified in the way that they treated my family and also my beautiful wife who was in their care.They  genuinely cared and listened to what we said.
They made my sorrow easier to bear.

We were very pleased with the service provided. We were kept informed of the process needed. The staff were really kind and sensitive at this time, and they included a very personal and thoughtful touch for us by wearing red ties.

I dealt with the kindness lady by the name of Lisa and i cannot put into words how lovely she was from the moment i arrived, which obviously i was not looking forward to, she was standing at the door to welcome me in and her care and compassion was out of this world. I would like to say that The Co-op funeral care were fantastic from start to finish, they were caring, compassionate, friendly and also very helpful in this most difficult time for dad and I. I would like to thank Lisa who was our first point of contact and also Tatiana both brilliant and very professional they made us feel comfortable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has to go through the loss of a loved one. I would even say it was the best funeral experience that I have ever been through.

The staff from the Co-op were very helpful and the arrangements and final Service went smoothly. The only slightly down points were :- over 5 weeks from death to burial. There was a misunderstanding over printing and handouts for the short
Graveside Service, and the size of the handouts giving a short tribute to the deceased had shrunk considerably from the ones ordered in the brochure.
