we were dealt with from the very first visit in a very timely and courteous way by Lisa, who guided us through the process at every stage and so close to where we live which made things much easier.

the out of hours service however proved to be a complete contrast with no empathy with the customer , and i was left unsure that my message would be delivered,in the event it was but i had to visit in person just to be sure

Overall, the service and care we received was great, everybody in the office was really efficient helpful and kind. However, at the service itself, the Order of Service booklets had been forgotten and so were late arriving, and the donations box we had requested was forgotten altogether.

From start to finish I felt I was in good hands throughout. I was able to phone  and  pop in as and when I needed and Tony was always happy to assist. Victoria done the funeral and she was very good. Explained everything and kept me updated on events through the day. Very happy with the service we received and would def use them again in the future.

We had a relatively short time to arrange the funeral over the Christmas period and their response was excellent. The whole event went off extremely smoothly. Nothing went wrong and all the elements of flowers, printing of service sheets, transport, provision of celebrant etc worked well. We were dealt with sympathetically throughout the operation. I would recommend them to anyone.
