I originally went to another funeral director but it didn't feel right, so I contacted the Co-op.  I'm so pleased I did as I felt very welcomed and nothing has been any trouble, Co-op has met all my needs and my families needs, and have made this process really straightforward. They have made everything happen which I've asked for and I don't suppose I have been the easiest client to deal with with my requests but it has never been a problem to the lovely people at the co-op.  I'd personally liked to mention Kim at the Daventry branch, Marcus and another gentleman (can't remember his name) from Rugby office who looked after us throughout the whole process.  I thank you all for your professionalism and sincerity.

The help and support that we received from Kim and Mags was excellent, and on the day of the funeral the funeral director was respectful and comforting. We as a family would also like to thank the coop for suggesting Shirley Timms to conduct the service which she put together beautifully. In short the efforts of this team made a very sad day for us more bearable.

we used the co op in Daventry, high street, both Mags and Kim were so kind and very helpful, both of them were truly so kind, thoughtful, considerate, and so very considerate, they couldn't do enough for us, and made us feel very welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us, my brother who died. looked wonderful, they did him beautiful, even the service we had had was marvellous, thankyou all so much.
