Many thanks again for your services provided for my Dad's funeral (Graham Halfyard), however there are a couple of comments and suggestions I'd like to make.

The appointment that my Mum and I had in the chapel of rest could have been improved. As you may recall, my Mum, Jackie Halfyard, is in a wheelchair and due to the height of the coffin she was unable to see her late husband Graham, which was quite upsetting to see. May I recommend that for any future disabled/wheelchaired clients you cater for them by having the equipment and facilities to lower the coffin for them to view the deceased properly. This minor improvement would be very beneficial in my opinion.

Also, I would have liked to review the celebrant's words before the ceremony, as there were some double ups in what Jo said and what I planned to say at the funeral. Also, the 3rd piece of music although was the correct song, it was only part of it and I requested the whole track, so again, it would have been better to be able to review the music selection before the ceremony.

There are the only two slightly negative comments I'd like to make, but apart from that JG Fielders did a good job and gave my Dad the send-off he deserved.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first meeting and right through to the day they led us all they way and helped us celebrate our mum just as she would have wanted.
Vince went over and above to ensure everything ran smoothly and really listened to our wishes and made what is a terrible time less stressful.

From the 1st phone call with Julie, and all the way through to the funeral everything was so well organised. Most of the organisation we didn't see such as arranging the outside sound system at the church which was perfect.
