I dealt with Richard, Will, Faye and Lois and they were all very kind, understanding and professional. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the quality of dads coffin to the printing on the donation box. The order of service was lovely quality and the flowers exceeded my expectations, they were very fitting for my dad. The Celebrant who was engaged to take the service, Katie, was perfect, very kind, caring and professional. The day went as well as it possibly could, it was all very smooth and handled sensitively and professionally. Thank you
