Very good you would have had 5 stars if your driver would have done as asked and put the photo which we had in a special frame on Maureen’s coffin so everyone could see.

The service we got from the wonderful staff who work at Heworth was brilliant .They do everything you ask of them but take all the worry away.Mum would be proud of her goodbye day and we cant thank them enough for all they did for the family ,It was perfect .

Will and the team at Heworth did a marvellous job, carrying out their work with ultimate respect and dignity. Will was very supportive during the difficult period where I was struggling to get my father’s death registered. The funeral itself went very well without any undue stress. My mum is also very grateful to the team for making the process as stress free as possible.
