I am very please with the support and help that I got that makes a dignified send off for Pat .It was a beautiful service that will stay in my memories We,my family,her nieces n nephew,friends n workmates did turn up for her service n later on to celebrate her long life puts that certain smile on Pat's final farewell to a Tee.You have done her proud n Thank you very much n God bless.

Feeling extremely anxious about contacting the funeral directors initially I was completely put at ease the moment I phoned and spoke to Lois. When I visited in person Will was so helpful and guided me all the way through to the day of Dads funeral. 
The day went perfectly and was a truly fitting send off to my dad.
Even afterwards I’ve spoken to Will, Richard & Lois on numerous occasions with regard to the next steps. They couldn’t have been any more helpful, caring & considerate during a time when you feel at your most vulnerable & lost. 
I know it’s part of the job but it is more than that. Nothing is too much trouble.

The team (Will, Richard and Lois) at the Co op office in Heworth, York were brilliant from start to finish. They guided us through the process, offering advice and guidance all the way, at a very difficult time of our lives. They liaised with the church and the reception to ensure that the day of the funeral ran smoothly. We can't thanks them enough and we'll be sure to recommend them to any of our friends when they need a funeral director.

This was the second time using the coop funeral service , and we had no hasitation in picking them again. There companion and attention to detail is fabulous, they ate supportive and and respectful and guide you through what is a very difficult time. On the day of the funeral they took care of all our wishes with the utmost professionalism. I would have no hasitation in recommending them to anyone going through this very difficult situation.

HFC have helped us through two family bereavements in three months. Throughout both we were guided with compassion and absolute professionalism. We were kept informed throughout  and nothing was too much trouble. Will seemed to be front of house and he is such a good fit - Very personable. Additionally the celebrant - Katie did a wonderful job. At such a sad time we felt guided and looked after.

The team at Heworth were very efficient, understanding and caring. They worked as a team so I didn't have to wait for any queries or issues to be resolved. They kept me informed as we went along. Everything went according to plan - there was a hitch that was not in their control, but they helped to resolve it.

Excellent funeral arrangements.our mum Mary was shown such respect.William how you lead the procession with dignity at the highest standard left us as a family overwhelmed.Will I also need to thank you for introducing Fiona our celebrant for mum’s funeral.Fiona was sincere and sympathetic and although her words were sometimes tearful we encountered much needed laughter.William ,Richard,Lois Vicky and Fiona you all Excel    with thanks Shirley  Angela and families

The care and compassion that was shown to both Dad and us as a family by Will and Richard, was outstanding. Very friendly, supportive and dignified. They turned an extremely difficult time for us, into what we can now look back on, and describe as the perfect day for Dad. They went above and beyond to make everything easier for us all.
