I met with Will Jones. Will was very caring. He explained everything in detail as to what the process would be. He has telephoned me on the days he said he would. Also when I called him he knew who I was immediately. The whole service I received for my brother was outstanding, so thank you.

The staff at Funeralcare were so helpful, kind, and supportive as we arranged our loved one's funeral. They went out of their way to help all the family and guided us through the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye to a much loved family member. The funeral went smoothly as did the committal. The team at Heworth Funeral care were kind, caring and supportive from the first phone call right through to the follow up care after the service. 

Will and his team went above and beyond to make sure that as a family we were kept up to date and involved in every decision right from the start. We were encouraged to contact them with any questions at any time. 

They made the whole process much more bearable and manageable. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and respect shown to us all throughout this difficult time.

I can’t honestly thank them enough for taking care of my dad, the funeral service was outstanding.

I can not fault the care and proffecialism the staff at Heworth provide. The passing of a loved one is a hard time for all but when you have a great team of people to support you it makes the process easier to deal with.
