Hayley owen right from the first phone call was so considerate, helpful and reassuring she would do everything I wanted rather than dictate to me what should be done. The manner in which the body was laid out showed she had treated it with respect. She kept me informed throughout and was so kind on the funeral day and led me through the entire process. I certainly would recommend this young girl who not only has beautiful premises but her Daimler cars are very impressive. Those waiting at the crematorium for our arrival, certainly noticed!

Hayley and her team were fantastic they helped us plan the funeral we wanted for our Mum. Hayley answered all our queries quickly and at a very difficult time dealt with us all with great patience and understanding. On the funeral day she directed everything beautifully. I can’t thank Hayley enough for her arranging my husband’s funeral. She is clearly passionate about her profession and this is reflected in the care she gave my two teenage boys and me.
She made suggestions about timings and organisation of the day that left us with beautiful memories.
She cared for my husband with the utmost respect and I wholly trusted her with him in her care.

From contacting Hayley she was most kind & very professional. Hayley was a great help in this time of sorrow. Hayley Owen Funerals dis an excellent job from start to finish for my Nana. They were kind and understanding to all my family and took the time to discuss at length about my Nana what she was like which added a personal touch they also came up with unique ideas for her funeral which made it all the more special. Boy was I glad that I chose Hayley Owen as my wife's funeral director. She handled the whole thing with dignity and respect. She went out of her way to be helpful and gave lots of useful hints. Being a funeral director isn't just a job to Hayley it is a vocation she loves. Apparently she chose to be funeral director when she was a teenager, such has been her commitment to this line of work. She will advise you of your options and give you useful advice which are the best options for you and these are sometimes the cheaper ones. She really doesn't see this as a money making business but more as a service to help you have the best funeral for your beloved.
If you want a funeral director you can trust to give the best funeral you wish your loved one to have then choose Hayley, you won't regret it
