Everything went smoothly from our first emotional meeting to the aftercare after the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. Patience helped us and guided us all the way. The funeral was just as we wanted. A true celebration of our mums life, which was delivered by Louisa Starr who came highly recommended  by  the funeral director.

Haley was so supportive and helped my friend to have a funeral suitable for her husband .
She was kept informed every step off the way and felt her husband was in caring hands.
Every thing was covered in the cost  given so there were no unexpected bills.
Teresa gave the most fitting tribute after listing to us talk about his life.
I recommend Haley Owen to my friend as I used her services , we both would recommend her to others.
