Hayley Owens has been fantastic throughout the whole process from coming out to the house to meet with my brother before he passed, to guiding me through the process of what needed to happen after and helped take a lot of arrangements from my shoulders. On the day of the funeral Hayley and her team were so helpful and polite, they really did help a difficult day go smoothly.

In what is a difficult time for families, I found all staff at Hayley Owen Funeral Directors, sympathetic and understanding. They were highly competent and made sure everything was taken care of.
