From the outset, Funeral Services were considerate and caring in their approach to the funeral arrangements for my mother. As the cremation was to take place in a different geographical area from the place of decease, there was at least one added facet to the arrangements.
The choice of casket, service and celebrant was carefully explained as well as the additional transport arrangements. An estimate of cost was provided at the time and my questions about payment were confidently answered. A seamless transition to the next geographical area followed and the help and advice was of the same high standard.
The service was excellently managed and a number of family members commented positively on it. The flowers were exceptional and the care given by the Director and the Celebrant at the service were faultless.

From the moment of our initial meeting with Faye, I felt completely at ease that the service for my Fathers funeral would be perfect.

The order of service booklet was graceful and stylish in appearance and content.

The journeys through the City were exceptionally comfortable. All credit to your drivers.

Faye made sure sure we were where we needed to be at the right time. I would have been lost without this guidance and support.

I have had many kind remarks regarding how fitting the service was for my Father.

Faye was very kind and understanding and led my son and I through the process of my wife's funeral. She kept us informed of the progress all the way through at this very difficult time. On the day of the funeral all was timed to perfection and at the end presented Mark and I with a rose each from my wife's flowers. I can wholely recommend them.

The people at the CO-OP Cromwell Road in York were amazing. From first contact they helped us through the whole process answering any questions immediately. It’s a very tough time as we all know, but having kind knowledgable compassionate help from your staff was immeasurable. Thank you. Fay even wore a pink tie to tie in with the pink theme, her respect on the day was very well received by everyone. Leanne ironed my mums robes which was no mean feat either.
