We were incredibly happy with Faye and the team in making the organisation of my mum's funeral such a smooth and straightforward process. Faye was very in tune with what we envisioned and helped in every way to make it happen; from the exact colour of the roses to creating an Order of Service that reflected my mum and her life. The day was beautiful, even in the snow. I'd absolutely recommend them and we all felt that mum would have been very happy with all aspects of the day.

We chose a direct cremation. Whilst this is a no frills service, you still receive the full dignity that you would expect from a full funeral service. We were kept fully informed at all stages. The whole process was extremely smooth and easy. It created a very calm and dignified atmosphere. It proved very stress free and t mg e collection of the ashes was a positive experience.

A couple of minor "blips" which we raised with our funeral director Vicky,otherwise the staff at Cromwell Rd were very respectful and Vicky was very professional and caring before,during and after the funeral.

We received kind and considerate help throughout the process and we say "thank you" for that. Nothing was too much trouble to the team who were there for us. There was a sixth verse on the hymn that we asked for at the Crematorium and we didn't really want that verse, so whoever printed the copies made sure it was omitted and that was important to us. On the day of the funeral, you looked after us in a quiet and dignified way and yet you were friendly, too, which was lovely. You helped us with decisions in a calm manner, making that so much easier for us and we always felt relaxed when talking to you. We felt able to laugh on occasions and that was good.. We have nothing but praise for the way you took us through that sad and difficult time, so thank you again.
