On behalf of the family thank you for delivering such a lovely service for mum. Very emotional day (as expected), but we were looked after every step of the way.

The visual tributes were perfect, the whole day flowed smoothly and it really felt like we gave her a service she would be proud of. Beautiful flowers.

From the first contact the service was excellent. Everything is clearly explained and you are given time to ask anything you want. I received care and attention throughout. I was surprised that I could opt for a direct cremation, with no service.
Amelia was so lovely and supportive and kept me informed throughout.

A huge thank you to George and the family for putting an arm around my broken family and looking after us from the awful day that my wife Sue passed.
 A total in house service, provided by lovely caring people saved us time, stress and upset.
Advice over every big or minor detail was never any bother to them and the floral tributes were incredible (thank you (Amelia). I am sure all the funeral companies in Scarborough are excellent but I could recommend the Robert’s family with the highest regard. John G

Having had several funerals in the family organised by G. Roberts over the last few years I had no doubt in my mind about who was going to take care of my husband. From the moment that they were informed about our wishes for the funeral, great care and communication was given by each and every staff member. I had a very late request and this was dealt with in a very calm, kind and professional manner and was exactly as requested. Nothing was too much, they made a very difficult time for us, easier to cope with and then to celebrate the life of our loved one. Thank you.
