From our first meeting with the team at Marske, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and sympathy. They listened to our wishes and were able to meet every need. I have nothing but praise for their quiet efficiency and for the kindness which they showed. The actual funeral service was managed superbly and set exactly the right note. My gratitude, and that of my family, goes out to everyone involved.

Everything went smoothly and to our wishes. Good communication, the Order of Service was spot on and the requested change in flower colour, perfect.
A little surprised that we needed to pay 50% up front but have not let this affect the deserved 5 star rating.

Julee, Rachael and Ryan at Marske Funeralcare couldn’t have been more helpful. The service they offer is friendly, efficient, sensitive  and professional from the first appointment to the funeral itself. They helped us organise a green burial ceremony and separate memorial event for my mum, including arranging an excellent celebrant - Joel Coombes - to attend both. They were on hand to answer questions throughout the planning process and ensured everything ran smoothly. Special mention for the coffin bearers who made it across an extremely wet and muddy farmer’s field with total confidence and poise! Thank-you to all the team.

I have to say everything from start to finish was very professional, kind and sympathetic to our needs. Every member of
staff I dealt with from Ryan in the Marske office, were extremely kind especially Julee the funeral director, her service was second to none, also I would like to mention Elizabeth, the celebrant for her excellent service.

The service provided by the staff at Marske Funeralcare was wonderful. Rachael and Ryan were so caring and thoughtful. Dad looked so peaceful. The ribbons on his coffin handles looked beautiful. The funeral staff on the day wore Marske United ties and everything we asked for to celebrate Dad’s life was accommodated. Joel, the celebrant, was amazing. He put so much care and thought into the service at the crematorium. Thank you to all of you for making a painful process easier and celebratory.

A funeral is always a hard time for all family and friends of our loved ones that have passed away. Marske (co-op)funeral service were at hand to fluently to deal with the organisation in a caring manner. From the initial meeting with Julee and the talk with the celebrant Elizabeth we felt at ease and our wishes were dealt with professionally. The crematorium ceremony went smoothly and we all were pleased as much as one can be at a funeral.
Overall we don't think anything could of been improved and all our needs were met.
