Mandy the office manager at Marton  built a very  personalised  but professional relationship with us   Continuity when dealing with the detailed arrangements ( very important when you are grieving for a loved one ) .Her  experience within her profession was evident and she guided us through the whole process.
Joe was our funeral director  who knew the area well and ensured a polished ceremony for the family and friends .
Karen our celebrant , brought in by  coop was wonderful , she dictated the pace and  laid out  a warm and happy celebration of our mums life  . 
An error was  ironed out swiftly, and professionally to  fulfil what we wanted as a family and ensure mums wishes were  the priority

I cannot praise Mandy at Marton Funeralcare highly enough. All the arrangements were made efficiently in a friendly, but reassuring and respectful manner, at what is a very stressful and upsetting time. She explained everything and answered all my queries and worries perfectly, and went out of her way to be helpful to me knowing that I didn’t live in the area. Mandy made the whole process easier than it might have been. Thank you.
