Would like to thank everyone involved in the funeral of my Aunty Ann, especially Jeannie and Rachel.  The whole process was explained clearly and respectfully with nothing being too much trouble.  I had never organised a funeral before and also live in the north west but they made the whole experience easy with their knowledge and compassionate expertise.

Our whole experience, from us ringing the funeral director to after the funeral, was exceptional. We felt well supported throughout the whole process. I have unfortunately had to arrange three funerals in the past years, my father, mother, and father-in-law.
The Coop Middlesbrough Funeral team was exceptional in every way. 
From taking my phone call in the beginning right the way through to arranging three wonderful funerals, we had two cremations and one burial. 
The whole team was very helpful and caring especially Jeannie.
I would not use any other company in the future. Thank you so much.
