Mark could not have been kinder at our first meeting and throughout the whole process. He explained everything that would happen and told us about all the extras without being a pushy salesman. On the day everything went very smoothly with no stress at all for us. All in all it was first class service delivered in an extremely caring manner. Couldn't praise Mark and his crew any higher.

Thanks to the Ian, Jo and the team at Harrogate coop funeral care. All aspects of my fathers wishes were handled with the upmost care and an attention. All details were checked and double checked. The whole event was carried out with the upmost care and respect for my late father. Absolutely wonderful team.

We were really pleased with the Co-op Funeral Service. Pat was really lovely when we had to make the initial call.  Ian was very helpful and informative when visiting us at home and going through the procedures.  We feel we could trust them to look after our Dad and help us give him the send off he deserved. To me there was too much running around, back and forth from Ripon to Harrogate. Also, I thought my coverage paid for everything except returned ashes, which was not the case. I also thought my coverage was a local plan and didn't find out otherwise until after my spouse's death. I was told Memoria (sp) was either located somewhere near Redcar or somewhere below Leeds. They picked up my wife on the 4th of Nov and I still don't know where she is.
Overall average may be a bit too high.

Really felt at ease, any questions I had were answered. I was treated very well. You were recommended to me.& you actually buried my grandad years ago,& it was a lovely service from beginning to end. And it was a wonderful funeral & service for my stepdad Peter William smith, I will recommend your services to other people. Although sad to lose someone dearly. Everyone even said what a beautiful service you did. Thankyou so much.

The service provided was first class. A lot of care was taken by the Co-op Funeralcare team to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They worked together very well. My brother’s funeral and the burial of his ashes the next morning went perfectly.
